You can start the rental process using the booking form on individual apartment and villa pages. Steps: Select available reservation dates from the calendar, fill in guest details, decide whether to add additional services, and complete the payment to finalize your reservation. We will of course inform you via email after the reservation.
You can change the rental dates by contacting us up to one month before the reservation date. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes in other cases.
You can cancel your booking by contacting us up to 45 days before the reservation date. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel in other cases.
The price you pay includes the house rent, electricity, gas, water, and internet.
When you arrive in Kaş, we will meet you at the house and do the check-in together. This way, we will also explain the details about the house.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets in our properties.
It is a detailed house cleaning done for an extra fee during your reservation period if you request it.
Yes. You can get one-way or round-trip private transfers from Antalya and Dalaman Airports to reach Kaş. You can add your desired transfer to your cart when making a reservation.
Unfortunately, we do not have the option to add extra beds beyond the house's bed capacity.
We collect a damage deposit at check-in for rented properties, and refund it after final checks at check-out.

The invoice address is where your reservation invoices will be issued. Your invoice will be sent to the address you entered, so make sure to enter it correctly. Date changes or refunds cannot be processed without an invoice.
If you let us know in advance, we provide baby bed service even if it's not available as a fixture in the house.
Yes! After your reservation is completed, the 'leave a review' button becomes active on your reservations page. Click this button to rate the property you rented. Your review will be displayed in the reviews section on the property's individual page.
Yes! Kaş Villanız uses Comodo Home SSL and a high-security 3D payment system. All data you send to Kaş Villanız (membership forms, credit card information, etc.) is encrypted end-to-end and your credit card information is never stored.
The distance sales contract is regulated by the directive numbered 27886 in the official gazette dated 6.03.2011. The approved version of this contract must be kept by the seller for 3 years. It is a comprehensive contract containing additional information beyond the preliminary information form.
It is a document that must be shown to the buyer before the transaction between the seller and buyer is completed, containing details of the sale. This form includes detailed contact information of the seller and buyer, basic features of the product or service being sold, sale price, delivery conditions and costs if any, payment method and conditions, how to use the right of withdrawal, and return conditions and processes.
The verification email helps us verify that the email address you're using actually belongs to you. By clicking the verification link in the email we send to the address you provided when signing up, you prove that the email address belongs to you.
